| It's 8:38 on a friday night and I'm alone in the apartment (and a little scared and paranoid) waiting for Mark to pick me up for dinner because everyone has gone home for the weekend. I'm contemplating whether I should go clubbing with the ID Rachel gave me and pay the cover to hang out with people I don't know too well save for Greg or take a swing at the party on the 5th floor tonight for free with Ashley, Bianca, and Larissa.
here's a play by play of what's going on:
We dog-sat my uncle's dog this week while he went over to Texas with the Red Cross. At first I thought they didn't allow dogs in our apartment so I stuffed her in my beach bag when we went in and out of the lobby only to find out that they relaxed the pet policy to dogs 40lbs and under. SO...it looks like Rachel and I are going to adopt a puppy. Umm. . . so last week after my birthday "party" we had a noise complaint and the rules are 3 points you're evicted but the security never told us if he was giving us a point or not? I hope it was just a warning. Tin and I had lunch yesterday when I blew off my classes =/ it's okay..you ever get the feeling where you can teach yourself statistics? and philosophy? I got a motherfucking A on the paper I half-assed during the weekend while watching Macauly Culkin and Ricki Lake play celebrity poker. I'm not sure if college was meant to be easy (and yes, I know it will become more difficult) or if I actually benefited from St. Francis. All in all I'm really taking everything in and I just can't believe everything turned out so fucking perfect. Oh, so we're sustaining here in the city without a car btw. We did our laundry in the scary-movie status basement in our building and met a new creepy friend that was extra chatty. Hope not to see him sporadically...clueless my fave. Oh last week we went to the grocery store and these two girls gave us "fast directions" to get to Albertsons which really took 2 hours too long to get there after connecting to 2 bus lines and we were POed cuz after we bought a shit load of heavy groceries that needed to be carried home asap we hopped on the bus that came first...and that ended up being the correct one and honest to God truth it was 4 minutes away from the apartment. That explains why we're so shady with our food. We went to the Club One gym on campus today and it was pretty nice but I only worked out for an hour and then Joseph and I decided to devour meatball marinara sandwiches at subway right after I ran around campus to find a buy one get one free coupon--yes, "we got it for cheaps." I'm loving the weather no matter what I said in the past about sf being cold all the time. | | |

When a boy writes off the world it's done in sloppy misspelled words.
If a girl writes off the world it's done in cursive."
